Business problem and project goal:In Atlantic Trade, there was a clear need to improve business process informatization related to managing, monitoring and conducting marketing activities between Brand Managers, Principals and end customers. At the time of launching the initiative, exchange of information on marketing activities, budgets, and sales promotion initiatives was realized with a few dozen Excel files, which proved to be not a solution that would meet all the more complex requirements and needs of users.The aim of the project was therefore to implement an adequate tool for transparent management of trade marketing activities with customers with adequate cost tracking and support.Description of the solution:IN2 TMA application for managing marketing budgets and sales activities.The TMA application as a software solution has been implemented in Atlantic Grupa within the wider project called Marketing expenses management. The implemented TMA application solution encompasses a much larger segment of business than initially set goals and has enabled the implementation of marketing activities from the proposal to the realization at the customer's point of sale.The solution ensures:- management of trade marketing activities in real time, from marketing department suggestions to certification of key account management- follow-up of the certification of trade marketing activities from which sales activities and assignments are made to the sales force in the field for realization at the point of sale- launching procedures for creating and posting accounting documents and transactions with the purpose of timely booking and cost accounting and final closing with customer invoices.Implemented technology:Oracle Database 11g, Oracle Application Express 5.1.3, Tomcat
