As the companies move into more complex systems of data management, the role of data egnineer becomes extremely important. Working with big data sets requires much higher technical bar than just managing relational databases.
In this session you will learn the job duties of a data engineer and get list of tools and applications that are used on daily basis including Cloudera, Hadoop, Kafka, Pig, Spark, Hive, Impala, Cassandra, HBase. You will also learn how to develop, maintain, test and evaluate your company's big data infrastructure as a database engineer and aggregate unstructured data from one or more sources and analyze it for better business.
