Like an autonomous car, the Oracle Autonomous Database provides a level of performance and reliability manually managed databases can’t deliver. Autonomous Database is available exclusively through Oracle and is offered in two versions optimized to meet the specialized requirements for Online Transaction Processing and Data Warehousing. Both use machine learning and automation to eliminate complexity, human error, and manual management, helping to ensure higher reliability, security, and more operational efficiency. Autonomous Transaction Processing Service allows much simpler application development and deployment.

Morana Kobal Butković, author
Morana Butković has been working in Oracle Hrvatska d.o.o from 1998, initially as Technical Support analyst in Oracle Support organization. After technical support role, she work as Cloud Platform Sales Consultant in Central and East Europe presales competence center for Oracle Database and options and Oracle Exadata Database Machine platform.
Now she is Solution Engineer, CEE Solution Engineering.
